How Motivate Your Twenty Somthing Into Job

The best time to plant a tree is twenty years ago
"The best time to plant a tree is twenty years ago. The second best time is now." Chinese Proverb
No one wants to feel their life is inconsequential. Everybody wants to do awesome things in life. If everybody wants their life to be of consequence, why does this seem so rare?
It seems to me that this situation has three reasons.
Reason 1: Inertia.
Sometimes it is very difficult to start something new. Most people are going one direction in life, often being carried more by the economy or the job they are stuck in than personal choice- and it takes a real force of will to escape the current and alter direction. There is a fear that if they try to budge or take a chance, that the safe world that they know will implode. Inertia often keeps people in a continuous state of indecision. Most people overlook that fact that indecision is a decision in and of itself.
Reason 2: Commitment.
Starting is fun, beginning something new is exciting, but waiting patiently for the returns of hard work doesn't quite have the same allure. The most meaningful things in life require commitment. You must pay the price to make things happen.
Reason 3: No vision.
Remember when you were a kid and imagined your future? What would the 12 -year-old you think of the 35 or 40 year-old version? Write down a description of what you want your life to be like in 5, 10 and 20 years. Give yourself permission to imagine great things for yourself!
